Invoicing Specialist/HR -

• 1 year in HR and is looking for an opportunity to learn on the job.
• Available to start right away.
• Office duties include: mail, phones, writing letters, copies, prepping invoices, ordering supplies.
• HR duties to include: job postings on Indeed, screening candidates for open positions, preparing offer letters, sending out and collecting new hire paperwork and benefits, benefit enrollment in the CIGNA app, processing benefit invoices, LOA paperwork and tracking, I9 processing and E-verify processing.
• Experience with ADP Workforce now a big plus.
