We’re currently seeking experienced Bartenders for temporary, as-needed assignments at various New Jersey venues. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and take pride in crafted service, this flexible opportunity may be a perfect fit.

About the Role

As a Bartender, you’ll play an essential role in shaping the guest experience. You’ll prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain a clean and fully stocked bar, and help create the welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This role is temporary and scheduled on an as-needed basis, offering flexibility while still engaging your hospitality expertise.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of bartending experience
  • Must be 21+ and legally permitted to serve alcohol in New Jersey
  • Solid working knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and standard drink recipes
  • A warm, customer-first approach with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced setting
  • Dependability and strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance
  • Ensure the bar is fully stocked with beverages, glassware, mixers, and supplies
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation for the bar and equipment
  • Follow all New Jersey alcohol service regulations and safety policies
  • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, attentive service
  • Build rapport with regulars and foster a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
  • Monitor guest experience and adjust service as needed
  • Prepare garnishes, mixers, and pre-batched beverages
  • Process drink payments accurately
  • Complete opening, closing, and cleanup duties as assigned
  • Confirm legal drinking age and discontinue service when appropriate
  • Support all operational policies and directives from management
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by supervisors or managers
  • Must be 21+ to apply.
