As a Barista at THE ALLEY PORTLAND, you’ll be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for our customers. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Prepare and serve a variety of boba and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the boba bar and seating areas.
- Operate equipment such as blenders and basic kitchen equipment.
- Assist with restocking and inventory management to keep things running smoothly.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and efficient work environment.
No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow. We offer a training program of three weeks and don't take it personally if you decide it's not for you.
