Locations: Float between Parker and Castle Rock

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + Annual Incentive Eligibility

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturday rotations

Overview:

Our client, a member-focused financial institution, is seeking a Universal Banker to join their team. This role blends teller-line transactions with deeper relationship-building through account servicing and basic loan origination. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering personal service, supporting financial education, and engaging with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle financial transactions and assist with account inquiries
• Use open-ended questions to uncover financial needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Support loan originations and member education initiatives
• Promote products and services that align with member goals
• Participate in community and business development events
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and federal/state regulations
• Obtain NMLS registration within 30 days of hire and notary certification within 6 months
• Contribute to branch performance goals and deliver exceptional service

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Strong sales or referral orientation
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
