? Now Hiring: Automotive Technician
Location: 10 E Lynn Blvd, Sterling, IL 61081
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Compensation: $23–$35/hr (Hourly + Bonus) OR Flat Rate w/ Accelerators up to $8/hr + Bi-weekly Guarantee
Average Annual Income: $54,600 – $89,440

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of automotive repair experience
- Strong skills in:
- Steering, Suspension & Alignment
- Heating & Cooling Systems
- Some experience with:
- Electrical Diagnostics & Repairs
- Engine Diagnostics & Repairs
- Familiarity with Digital Vehicle Inspections
- Valid Driver's License & Personal Tools
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
