A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Technician to join its team. This role supports the design and build of advanced automation equipment by working closely with engineers, designers, and programmers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling machinery from both 2D and 3D drawings, fabricating parts, wiring electrical systems, and collaborating in a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble complex mechanical and electrical components based on 2D/3D technical drawings.
• Fabricate parts using manual milling machines, drill presses, and hand tools.
• Perform machine and equipment installations on the factory floor.
• Wire control panels and machinery using electrical schematics and proper labeling techniques.
• Use measuring instruments such as dial indicators for alignment and accuracy.
• Inspect fabricated and assembled parts to ensure proper fit, function, and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers and programmers to support integration of PLCs and robotic systems.
• Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate consistent teamwork and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Technical Associate’s Degree.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, mechanical assembly, and technical measurements.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings and electrical schematics.
• Willingness to learn wiring and labeling standards for industrial equipment.
