Litigation Associate Attorney Locations: Dallas, Houston, Corpus Christi, Santa Fe, Albuquerque

A nationally recognized litigation firm is expanding and seeking Litigation Associates to join its high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who thrive in fast-paced environments and want hands-on responsibility from day one.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of litigation experience (trial experience is a plus)
• Self-starter comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach
• Licensed and in good standing in the relevant state

Work Environment:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office after 90 days
• Flexible work hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 30–35 active litigation matters
• Handle all phases of litigation from intake through resolution, including trial prep
• Collaborate with a lean team of experienced trial attorneys
• Work across multiple practice areas, including:
• Personal Injury
• Product Liability
• Construction
• Insurance Defense

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $140,000 for 2–3 year associates Up to $190,000 for senior associates
• Billable Requirement: 160 hours/month
• 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
• Discretionary profit sharing

• HSA with $1,200 annual firm contribution
• Paid Time Off: 19–29 days, based on tenure PTO rollover and sick leave bank options available
