Job Title: Associate Attorney / Senior Attorney – Personal Injury Defense

📍 Location: Marina del Rey / Inglewood, CA (Hybrid 2 Days in Office)

💼 Job Type: Full-time

💵 Salary Range:

• Associate: $130,000 – $165,000
• Senior Attorney: $165,000 – $220,000
• Discretionary Bonuses, Case Origination %

About the Firm:

We are a growing, trial-focused law firm based in the Marina del Rey/Inglewood area, known for our results-driven litigation in high-stakes personal injury defense. Our team is passionate about advocacy, mentorship, and developing courtroom talent. We're now hiring two attorneys to join our collaborative and fast-paced practice.

Open Positions:

We’re hiring for both:

🔹 Associate Attorney (2+ years of experience)

🔹 Senior Attorney (5+ years of experience)

Plaintiff-side experience is welcome! We offer trial opportunities even for attorneys without direct trial experience (2nd/3rd chair support encouraged).

What We’re Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school & active California Bar license
• 2+ years (Associate) or 5+ years (Senior) of litigation experience, preferably in PI (plaintiff or defense)
• Strong writing, deposition, and discovery skills
• Energetic, extroverted personalities who thrive in team settings
• Trial or catastrophic injury experience is a plus.

Interview Process:

1️⃣ Zoom interview with hiring attorney

2️⃣ Zoom or in-person interview with Managing Partner or Team Lead

3️⃣ Final in-person meeting with the team
