OLC Architecture, Interiors, and Aquatics is seeking a licensed architect (8–15 years of experience) to join our growing Florida team. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Licensed Architect in the U.S. (Florida registration preferred or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
  • 8–15 years of architectural experience with a strong portfolio of built work
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) and collaborative model coordination
  • Proven experience producing and managing complete construction documents
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and permitting processes
  • Expertise in technical detailing, QA/QC, and constructability review
  • Ability to lead internal and external coordination meetings
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilities
  • Strong presentation/interview skills
  • Experience with public sector clients (municipalities, universities, tribal governments) is a plus
  • Passion for architecture that promotes wellness, recreation, and community impact
