Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting Agile teams and managing dependencies within an Enterprise environment using frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, DAD, or Nexus
  • Proficient in Agile tools such as Jira, Agile Central (Rally), or Agility (VersionOne) as an Administrator or Super User
  • Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Familiarity with large-scale missile or space systems, including knowledge of product designs and program processes
  • Strong leadership ability to guide multi-functional teams towards shared goals
  • Expertise in driving continuous improvement and standardizing processes across diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in defining, collecting, and analyzing Agile performance metrics, along with executing corrective actions
  • Skilled at sharing knowledge and advising leaders and Agile teams on scaling principles and frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills, complemented by knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and conflict resolution techniques
  • Possession of a recognized Agile certification from institutions like Scaled Agile, Scrum.org, Scrum, Inc., or Scrum Alliance
  • Familiarity with System Lifecycle processes and engineering reviews
  • Experience with DoD Integrated Master Schedules and Agile methodologies
  • Proficient in planning, estimating, and monitoring Agile team performance
  • Capable of developing business cases and measuring relevant outcomes
  • Adept at engaging with and coaching senior organizational leaders
  • Experience in space segment design and testing across various subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
  • Broad understanding of Systems Engineering lifecycle processes and tools
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical stakeholders to manage and enhance the flow of value through the Agile Release Train (ART)
  • Serve as the main facilitator for ART events and processes, including Value Stream Mapping, Roadmap creation, and Program Increment (PI) Planning
  • Ensure that work is well-defined at the Epic and Feature levels, with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria
  • Monitor the progression of work against customer delivery milestones and product timelines
  • Act as the primary Agile coach for the ART, engaging with various stakeholders to align processes with Agile/DevSecOps outcomes
  • Oversee planning and tracking of Features throughout each PI, including dependency and risk management
  • Establish key ART metrics and communicate these to relevant team members and stakeholders regularly
  • Foster collaboration among teams and System/Solution Architects/Engineers
  • Work alongside Product and Solution Management and stakeholders to assure proper program implementation and alignment
  • Enhance Value Stream flow through improvements in DevSecOps practices and Continuous Delivery Pipeline
  • Facilitate regular System Demos to showcase how Acceptance Criteria have been met
  • Evaluate the Agility level of the ART and promote enhancements, including training aligned with Lockheed Martin learning opportunities
