Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the compliance department for Tax ID processing.
• Make outbound calls and emails to customers to obtain updated TAX ID information.
• Conducts situational research for customer problem resolution and escalates for root cause analysis as appropriate.
• Teams up with Shared Services Supervisor to update and maintain TAX ID Documentation for company accounts.
• Partners with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues and questions.
• Attend and engage in department-level meetings and team huddles.
• Ability to consistently manage the customer experience in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• A minimum education level of a Associates degree and 2+ years previous customer service and call center experience or 2+ years previous account management experience required

OR

• A minimum education level of a bachelors degree

OR

• 4+ years previous customer service and call center experience or 4+ years previous account management experience required

Pay Rate: $20.28/hour
